How to Submit a Complaint

Empower your community by sharing your rental experiences on the Slum Lord Registry. Follow these simple steps to submit a complaint:

1. Visit the Home Page

   Go to our homepage and navigate to the “Submit a Complaint” section. This is where you can start the process of sharing your rental experience.

2. Fill in the Complaint Form

   Complete the complaint form by providing the address of the rental property, specifying the type of rental unit (house, apartment, motel, Airbnb, basement, etc.), and describing the problems you’ve encountered. Be detailed and accurate in your description.

3. Choose Your Level of Anonymity

   You have the option to submit your complaint anonymously. If you choose to remain anonymous, your personal information will not be displayed on the platform.

4. Submit Your Complaint

   Review the information you’ve provided and click the submit button. Your complaint will be added to the Slum Lord Registry, contributing to a transparent and informed rental community.
